Five Steps to Make Things Happen
Check out our five steps to make things happen in your business and life. All too often, we get on a hamster wheel of life and just keep going around and around. Have you ever slowed down long enough to think if the hamster wheel is worth it? Here are our five steps to make things happen:
Step 1: What is your BIG DREAM?
This dream can be a new beginning, a new life. One filled with trust, honor, strength, wisdom, power, and freedom. What do you love doing? How do you want to spend your time? What is your big dream?
In our logo, the FEATHER = DREAM
Step 2: What is your PLAN?
A checklist serves to remind us that without a solid plan, the dream often never happens. What are the steps in your plan? When will they be done? How will they be done? Who will need to do each step? Do you need help writing the agenda or achieving the plan?
In our logo, the NOTEPAD = PLAN
Step 3: What do you need to LEARN?
We hear the definition of insanity a lot. What are you waiting for a different result repeatedly? The circle within a circle represents the many layers of change, a 360² approach to training. This method means you need to look at everything with an objective eye. Within yourself as well as your environment.
In our logo, the MAZE = TRAIN
Step 4: What do you need to DO?
The water symbol serves to remind us that one must DO. Without it, the dreaming, planning, and training serve no purpose. Sometimes, before you “do,” it’s important to look at what can be delegated or deleted.
In our logo, the WATER SYMBOL = DO
Step 5: Today is a NEW Day, ERASE what’s not working!
Often, we get bogged down trying to force something to work. Take the time to analyze and ask a lot of questions. Don’t be rash or change something for the sake of changing. However, if it is not working, waiting only cost you time and money. Does something need tweaked or thrown out? This issue could be a process, method, or person!
It’s important for you to know the owl is a symbolic representation of the ability to see that which is hidden to most. Dating back to the time of the ancient Greeks, the owl symbolizes a deep connection with wisdom and intuitive knowledge through the animal’s ability to see what others do not see and often do not want to see. Our company chose the owl as a reminder of the need to look beyond appearances into the real reality of a situation. We all know in our hearts, appearances can be deceiving. Seeing things as they are, instead of as we would like them to be, serves as a foundation for a personal and business transformation.
