Balance work, home, you!
Our 3 Essential tools will create focus, intention, and action! As the world continues to move at warp speed, you need to learn to slow down, embrace change, and spend your time on what matters most.
What matters most is why our powerful philosophy centers to balance work, home, and you with a 360² perspective. Realize everything is connected. When you focus all of your energy on work, your home life tends to suffer. Focus all of your energy on home, your work life tends to suffer. Give all of your energy to everyone else and you tend to neglect yourself.
Balance Work, Home, and You – 3 Essential Tools:
Tool#1: Brain Dump – It’s hard to plan for the future when you are overwhelmed with today.
- WORK: What is On Your Plate at Work
- HOME: What is On Your Plate at Home
- YOU: What is On Your Plate for You
Spend some time really thinking about what is currently on your plate. Often times, people find work & home is overflowing while the “you” plate is lacking
Once you are honest with everything on your plate:
- DELETE: What can you delete?
- DELEGATE: What can you delegate?
- DO: What needs done?
Tool#2: Balance Box – It’s hard to know what to focus on today if you don’t know where you are going?
- WORK: What is Your Vision for Work?
- HOME: What is Your Vision for Home?
- YOU: What is Your Vision for You?
- CHANGE: What internal feelings and behaviors are holding you back?
Spend some time really thinking about what you want for work, home and you? Where do you want to be and what does it look like? Address any internal feelings or behaviors that will hold you back from being successful.
