Stop procrastination today! One of the hardest behaviors to overcome for an entrepreneur or business executives is procrastination.
Why is that?
Because you feel overwhelmed, don’t know where to start, or maybe it is something you just don’t like that much. Therefore, this video is important for you to watch!
You know you have a big project due for a client next month and tend to burn the midnight oil the night before its due. Does this sound familiar?
The first way to stop procrastination is to determine your hardest task for the project. As soon as this video ends, set a timer and spend 30 minutes on the most difficult task!
The second way to beat procrastination is to outline all the remaining steps. Plan ahead; figure out when you’re going to do each task by inserting the remaining tasks directly into your calendar and find a way to be accountable. Is there a step to delegate to someone who either is better at that task or simply enjoys it more? And lastly, look at each step. Is it mandatory for the project? Is there something to delete? Sometimes, you can overcomplicate the process with the stress of procrastinating the project. Delegate. Delete. Do!
