ELIMINATE JUNK MAIL, EMAIL, & PHONE CALLS; ARE THEY CONSUMING LIFE?
Do you need to eliminate junk mail, email, and phone calls? Especially relevant, American’s receive nearly 90 billion pieces of advertising mail every year and it accounts for 59% of all the mail you receive. Tired of your email box filling up with junk? Are you enjoying a family dinner only to receive an unwanted phone call?
How often are you shifting through all the junk in your life? Isn’t it about time to Take Action? Here are three steps to learn how to eliminate junk mail, email, & phone calls.
Step 1: Catalogs, coupons, and credit card offers
First of all, go to www.cataglogchoice.org, sign-up, and start unsubscribing from all the catalogs, coupons, and credit card offers you no longer wish to receive. Also, look at the exact address on the mail piece and unsubscribe. For example, if it is addressed to Mr. & Mrs. Smith, you have to unsubscribe with that exact name. Hence, if it is addressed to Bob Smith, use that exact name.
Step 2. Unwanted Email
Next, go to www.dmachoice.org, click on the email opt-out, and work your way out of so many unwanted emails. They are my preferred email opt-out service although they also assist with unwanted snail mail. Make sure you reply to each email within 30 days to complete the process.
Step 3: Unwanted Phone Calls
Finally, it’s time to address those pesky phone calls! Go to www.donotcall.gov to register your home or cell number, receive an email for each phone number submitted, click on the link within 72 hours, and you are done.
Most of all, these three simple steps are an opportunity to Reduce the JUNK in your Life!
